Early check-ins and late check-outs will be charged one night additional rent.

Reservations encouraged. Seven day notice for cancellation or change of reservation required for refund. No exceptions.

Speed Limit 5mph

Applies to cars, trucks, golf carts, bikes, scooters.

Speeding will result in eviction with no refund.

Daily Rates:

$50 per Tent Site

$60 per Tent on Full Hookup Site (no RV)

$75 Full Hookup 30 amp Site (21A-28)

$80 Full Hookup 30/50 amp Sites

$20 Each Additional Tent on Any Site with RV or Tent

Rates Include:

Family of four (two adults, two children under 12).

$2 per each additional person. Dogs are free.

Monthly Rates Off Season:

$900 Labor Day - November 15 and

March 15 - Friday of Memorial Day Weekend

Weekly Rates Off Season:

Pay for five days, get one day free (above dates)
